Welcome to MONVRC. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from MONVRC, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (25+ for luxury/exotic vehicles).
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Provide proof of personal full coverage insurance.
- Submit a valid credit/debit card, Zelle, or Cash App for payment and deposits.
Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full prior to pickup.
- A security deposit is required for all rentals (amount varies by vehicle class).
- Payments must match the name on the rental agreement—no third-party bookings.
Rental Terms
- Daily mileage limits apply unless otherwise stated. Unlimited mileage is available for select rentals.
- Late returns are charged hourly. Any return beyond 2 hours may result in a full-day charge.
- Smoking, excessive dirt, or damage will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are refunded minus a 25% service fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicles may not be used for racing, drifting, towing, or any illegal activity.
- Off-road use is strictly prohibited.
- All tolls, tickets, and violations during the rental are the renter’s responsibility.
Insurance & Liability
- MONVRC does not provide temporary insurance.
- Renters must provide valid personal full coverage insurance that transfers to rental vehicles.
- Rentals without proper insurance will be canceled, and a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- In case of an accident, renters must report all details and cooperate with any investigation within 24 hours.
Maintenance & Repairs
- MONVRC covers all standard maintenance.
- Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately—continued use may result in damage liability.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the agreement and forfeit the deposit.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any rental agreement at our discretion if:
- Fraudulent information is discovered.
- Policies are violated or the vehicle is mishandled.
- Unsafe, illegal, or high-risk behavior is reported.
Privacy Policy
- Personal and payment data is used only for verification, billing, and communication.
- We do not sell or share data with third-party marketers.
Governing Law
Agreement
By renting with MONVRC, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You are fully responsible for understanding and abiding by the policies outlined.
