We understand that plans can shift—but as a luxury, reservation-based brand, our time and resources are secured in advance to serve you at the highest standard. For that reason, our refund policy is structured to be both fair and firm.
All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our commitment to excellence means that each reservation or booking locks in services, personnel, and exclusive resources—many of which are non-refundable to us.
