Refund Policy

At MONVRC, we pride ourselves on delivering elite-level service and experiences. We understand that plans can shift—but as a luxury, reservation-based brand, our time and resources are secured in advance to serve you at the highest standard. For that reason, our refund policy is structured to be both fair and firm.

GENERAL POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our commitment to excellence means that each reservation or booking locks in services, personnel, and exclusive resources—many of which are non-refundable to us.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Vehicle rentals already in use
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours of start time)
  • Service packages (spa, private driver, chef, excursions, etc.)
  • Membership fees or subscription-based services
  • Apparel or merchandise that has been worn, washed, or removed from packaging

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • Your booking was canceled by MONVRC due to availability or operational issues
  • You cancel with more than 72 hours notice before your scheduled start time
  • There was a confirmed service failure on our part (as verified by management)

Note: Refunds are not processed for customer no-shows, personal preference changes, or missed flights/connections unless covered by a separate insurance or concierge plan.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

If approved:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • A restocking or service interruption fee (up to 25%) may be deducted

RESCHEDULING & CREDIT

In some cases, rather than a refund, we may offer:

  • A service credit toward a future booking
  • The option to reschedule (based on availability)

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or service review, email:

  • Full name and contact info
  • Reservation number
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

FRAUD & DISPUTES

MONVRC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for chargeback fraud, false claims, or misuse of our refund process. Legal action and bans from future service may apply.
